Are you looking to buy a boat but not sure if the engine is in proper condition? Nothing is worse than buying a boat only to find out you have to spend even more money to make the engine reliable. To help eliminate this possibility you can have a certified marine technician inspect the engine before you buy to assist with making an informed decision.
We perform an 84 point inspection for single engine boats based on make and model of the outboard. The inspection includes visual, basic accessories, trim/tilt, fluid check, lower unit, battery inspection, charging system, shift, cooling system, ignition system, piston inspection, compression test, and more.
$180: Single Outboard Inspection
$100: Additional outboards on the same boat.

The process is simple:
1. Find a boat that you are interested in purchasing
2. Ask the seller (boat owner) for permission to have a certified marine mechanic perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection and agree on a suitable location. Some inspection activity requires water so that we may run the engine.
3. Contact us at 863-272-1701 to schedule an appointment. We will meet you at the location to perform the inspection. Prior to arrival the boat will need to be on a trailer.
4. Once the inspection is complete we will provide you with a verbal conversation on the spot and follow up with an email report of our findings.
